The following list identifies our capabilities to ensure your parts are machined precisely and within tolerance:
- Bridgeport VMC 1000 CNC Milling Machine – travel capacity 19” x 35”
- Mazak CNC Lathe – 12” diameter chuck, 15” diameter swing, and 24” between centers.
- Mori Seiki SL253 CNC Lathe – mill, drill, turn, thread, and tap all in one. 10 station turret (all with live tooling capability), bar feed of 2-7/8”, and 21” between centers.
- Mori Seiki SL25CM500 CNC Lathe – mill, drill, turn, thread, and tap all in one. 12 station turret (6 with live tooling capability), bar feed of 2-7/8”, and 21” between centers.
- Supermax YCM CNC Mill – standard capability
- Summit Manual Mill – standard capability
- Summit Conventional Lathe – 12” diameter chuck, 20” diameter swing, 24” between centers, and 4” capability through spindle.
- HE&M Model H90A Automatic Band Saw – capacity of 12.75” by 12.75”, 24” material feed stroke, and holds tolerance within 1/1000 per inch.
